Please be aware that there will be photography and filming at the event. These images will be used on the website and for publicising the Event. Should you have any issues with being filmed or photographed please be sure to advise a member of our events team on the day.

A Sustainable Event

Bringing people together for meetings, for multiple days, can create a host of environmental impacts.  In order to address some of these impacts we are:

  • using an on-line registration process;
  • utilising an on-line poster submission and judging process;
  • using recycled paper for all print materials;
  • using on-line media, wherever possible to promote the Event;
  • using signage that is reusable whenever possible; and
  • making it possible to engage with the Event through online resources after the Event.
