All poster abstracts will be reviewed by the poster co-ordinator and/or by the employing governance arrangements and constructive feedback will be provided on the content – with possibly some editorial changes suggested where appropriate. Please ensure you have received their comments by no later than 21 January 2019 – you will then have a week to make any amendments to your abstract before the deadline for uploading it.

Poster abstracts must be uploaded to the online poster system by no later than 17:00 hours on 4 February 2019.

Please be aware that that standard of poster abstracts received is extremely high and that around 200 of the shortlisted abstracts (45%) submitted will be selected for poster design. 

If your abstract is selected

You will be notified by email whether your poster had been successful on 25 February 2019. If you have been successful, you will be required to design a poster which will be displayed over both days of the Event.

The poster must be based on your abstract – i.e. the poster content must develop the content of the abstract submitted – it must not differ in terms of the work described in the abstract.
