Poster abstracts will be reviewed by a group of external shortlisters who will score all abstracts between 13 March – 28 March. The Event Team will then email all abstract authors soon after to advise whether their abstract has been successful.
Please be aware that that standard of poster abstracts received is extremely high and that around 200 of the shortlisted abstracts (45%) submitted will be selected for poster design.
If your abstract is selected
You will be notified by email whether your poster had been successful on 4 April. If you have been successful, you will be required to design a poster which will be displayed over both days of the Event.
The poster must be based on your abstract – i.e. the poster content must develop the content of the abstract submitted – it must not differ in terms of the work described in the abstract.
